the Aquarium Drama Continues

Dear little Finbar Elmer does look better, but this treatment is not the happy end of the story.  No.  Yesterday our pump and filter stopped working.  Still under warranty, and they are sending the part we think will fix the problem immediately, but until then (and as the part must cross the Continental Divide, it could take awhile), the fish must have aerated, clean water.  Agh.  Back to the store we went, Ben and I, to get a back-up filter.  Patie was safely taking a nap, Nathaniel was playing with the girls, and Bradford (in his own words) was “walking around being bored.”
